Manufactured with latest technology using Punch and Brake presses to attain highest degree of perfection. Process is capable of giving accuracy of +-10 microns.
Subjected to eight tank phosphatising process (degreasing, pickling, surface activation, phosphatising and passivation), these enclosures with thick and smooth coating of phosphates sealed with chromate layer ensure strong paint adhesion to the surface to make it rust-retardant in all indoor and outdoor weather condition.
Painted with latest techniques in powder coating using epoxy polyester and polyester resin based powder paints to ensure strong, scratch resistant coatings.
The current carrying parts are made of electrolytic grade copper and are over rated to carry high currents, keeping temperature rise and distribution losses very low.
Packed in strong corrugated boxes with thermocol padding to avoid damages during handling and transportation.
Special brass terminals to ensure perfect connections of incoming cable with the bus bars from any direction.
Brass neutral bars isolated and insulated from the enclosures with suitable cross sectional area.
